Dimebag: one of the greats, gone too soon. I remember going to Pantera concerts when I was younger and watching these guys just absolutely tear the place apart.
Of all the tributes to Dimebag, like Nickelback’s well-intentioned (but terrible) song, Eddie Van Halen’s stands out as the best: he buried his 1979 black and yellow guitar with Dimebag, saying “Dime was an original and only an original deserves the original!” Well said Eddie.
